Pinot noir 63%, chardonnay 37%, 20% vinified in wooden barrels, ages 4 years in cask plus six months in the bottle. Fleshy structure, in the mouth it enhances the maturity of the fruit, and finally the crystalline effervescence that gives almost exotic notes, on the typically mineral texture of Chardonnays. Soft pink with delicate golden reflections and fine and persistent perlage. Delicate bouquet of berries and zabaglione, as well as a citrus note of lemon, and then a spicy finish. In the mouth it is clean and inviting with a fragrant fruity attack thanks to the structure and juiciness of the Pinot Noir, perfectly balanced by the refreshing acidity of the Chardonnay. Round and graceful, it ends with a long and persistent but equally delicate finish.
