The Pol Roger Rosé Vintage is based on vines from the best crus of the Montagna di Reims. Produced only in limited quantities, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 is aged in our cellars before being placed on the market. The wine is salmon pink with orange reflections, enhanced by fine bubbles.
TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE
Brilliant raspberry pink color, extremely fine and persistent foam. The presence of Pinot Noir gives the typical notes of raspberries and wild strawberries, followed by the cream of Chardonnay, which completes the picture with notes of buttery and vanilla. Intense and elegant bouquet.
TASTING NOTES: ON THE PALATE
Very fine and elegant perlage, great freshness perfectly balanced with the juiciness of its body. Tasty and intense notes of strawberries, vanilla and meringue, pleasantly citrusy finish, this wine offers great emotions.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
60% Pinot Nero, 40% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero is vinified in red.
7 years on the lees.
