Pinot Noir 59%, Chardonnay 41%, 9 years on the lees. The Millesimato Brut Charles Heidsieck is a classy, refined and elegant Champagne. The color is a beautiful bright golden yellow, crossed by a subtle, persistent and luminous perlage. The bouquet expresses aromas of white flowers, aromas of candied citrus peel, dried fruit, toast and pastry. On the palate it has a broad and intense entrance, aromatically rich and complex, with a sip of great energy and freshness. The finish is of great gustatory persistence, creamy, soft and buttery, but also juicy, fresh, mineral, fruity and citrusy.
