100% Pinot Noir. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, matures in steel tanks for 80%, for 20% in French oak. Intense ruby color with garnet hues, limpid and transparent. On the nose, aromas of small berries (strawberry, cherry, black currant, blueberry) then evolve on a cooked plum with notes of pepper, leather and undergrowth. In the mouth it is fresh, with a good structure, soft and round. Its tannins and intense fruit notes are in full harmony. In the mouth, secondary aromas of withered roses and spices develop, long and persistent.
