Shimmering bright and persistent straw yellow, the nose has elegant citrus notes of cedar and lemon, hints of yeast and biscuit, with sweeter notes of apricot and, in the background, toasted hazelnuts and almonds. The taste is enveloping, structured and ample, pulpy in the fruity references of apricot, peach; very persistent in the rich and elegant toasted notes, accompanied by a long and savory finish.
