Pinot noir 55%, Chardonnay 45%. It ages in the cellar for 6 years and rests 8 months after disgorgement. Elaborated only in the "great vintages", when the maturity of the chardonnay and pinot noir that compose it is perfect. Bright straw yellow with slightly amber reflections, delicate but fine and persistent perlage. The nose has a very broad and rich bouquet of candied fruit (lemon, orange), white flowers (lily) and freshly toasted dried fruit (hazelnut, almond). On the palate it is round and decisive, with a juicy and full-bodied but at the same time soft and creamy structure. The structure is made alive by the freshness that while leaving the characteristics of the fruits intact and fades them towards more citrus and floral scents. Harmony is also perfect in closing.
