Pinot Noir 33%, Chardonnay 34%, Pinot Meunier 33%. 48 months on the lees and 20% of reserve wine. In the glass it presents itself with a magnificent antique gold-colored dress, with luminous coppery reflections. The perlage is particularly fine and persistent. On the nose it expresses aromas of small red berries, raspberry, wild strawberries, currants, peaches, notes of spice bread, ginger and custard. On the palate it has a good structure, with a rich and satisfying, creamy and persistent center of the mouth. The finish is harmonious and of great gustatory balance.
