This champagne is made exclusively with Pinot Noir, selecting the best from the different terroirs and highlighting its variety of expressions.
Each edition is characterized by a vintage and a main cru. In Bollinger PN AYC18 the grapes come mainly from Ay and the base vintage is 2018, hence the AYC18 appellation. The older wines are taken from reserve magnums, with the oldest vintage dating back to 2009.

Intense golden yellow color with bronze reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose there are citrus, toasted notes followed by candied fruit and quince. In summary, this Champagne is sweet, fresh and spicy at the same time!
On the palate it is enveloping, refined, fine and with a very long citrus persistence; it completely reflects everything previously perceived by the nose.
