Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore is a wine that doesn't need much introduction! An absolute icon of Italian bubbles, it is obtained from pure Chardonnay, and all the grapes are subjected to a precise selection; all the vineyards are located on the slopes of the mountains and never exceed 600 meters above sea level, with south-west exposure. With their 10 years of aging on the yeasts they develop great complexity while forever preserving balance, freshness and elegance.

Bright straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it has a very fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose it is intense and complex; citrus and exotic fruit notes stand out which combine perfectly with toasted and balsamic notes.
The sip is elegant and balanced, creamy and harmonious and reflects what was perceived on the palate, bringing back toasted, mineral and tropical fruit notes.
