The 745 cuvée is a blend of wines from the 2017 harvest, resting for over three years on the yeasts, discreet addition of some reserve wines. The harvests come from the areas of Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers for 66%, Avize and Oiry for 34%.
The spring of 2017 was characterized by destructive frosts; fortunately the harvested grapes turned out to be ripe and healthy, even if their volumes were lacking.
The main characteristic of this cuvée is the blending of the reserve wines of each vintage together with the previous cuvées.
Of this cuvée the following were produced: 205,164 standard bottles, 8,082 Magnums and 250 jéroboams.

Dosage: 0.75 gr/L
It appears in the glass with a straw yellow color and golden reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent.
With an intense and complex bouquet, citrus, mineral and dried fruit notes stand out.
On the palate it is elegant, full, mineral and fresh.
