The idea for the Collection line was born 10 years ago from the need to adapt to climate change, which was seen by the maison more as an opportunity than a problem.
Collection 244 is a blend based 54% on the 2019 harvest, which is characterized by excellent maturation due to the intense and scorching heat of the summer; 36% is made up of Réserve Perptuelle, which serves to balance and give freshness; there is also 10% reserve wines from young parcels of the Cristal domaine, aged in French oak barrels.
This Champagne is aged for almost 4 years.

Aging: almost 4 years on the yeasts
Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it has an extremely fine and dense perlage.
On the nose it presents a complex bouquet. where citrus, iodized, toasted and ripe fruit notes are pervaded.
On the palate it is soft and fresh, with a long persistence.
