100% Chardonnay, at least 10 years on the lees. Deep golden color. Brilliant and transparent. Abundant and persistent foam with many thin chains. The nose is clean, fine and elegant with smoky notes, brioches, candied orange, ginger, toffee, sweet spices and ripe yellow apples. In the mouth it is elegant, round, velvety and creamy.
