Old Tom Crocodile Gin is handcrafted, using mainly the botanicals that grow around the Antica Distilleria Quaglia.
The botanicals used are as follows: juniper, citrus, coriander, elderflower and pepper berries (from Jamaica).
In 2022, 14,000 bottles were exclusively produced.

Produced through a cold infusion, the filtration takes place with coarse grain, thus maintaining the freshness and the original and intense expression of the botanicals used.
On the nose it is exotic, tropical and initially notes of juniper and citrus can be distinguished, followed by hints of coriander, pepper and elderflower.
On the palate it is full, pungent but soft and fresh at the same time.
