Bruno Michel is a champagne that has established itself thanks to the strictly traditional processing on the vineyard and in the cellar, with organic certification.

The Champagne Extra Brut AOC "Demi-Lune" is produced with pinot meunier grapes in purity. The base wine is vinified in steel and the second fermentation in the bottle is followed by a rest on the lees for at least 18 months, before disgorging. A Champagne that carries the typical fruity character of the meunier in the glass.
