Ice Imperial is a wine with at least 30 months aging on the lees, the nose has intense aromas of tropical fruit, peach, pink grapefruit, raspberry and blood orange, with hints of caramel. The aroma takes up the olfactory profile: mango, guava, raspberry and the sweetness of caramel, quince jam, the refreshing acidity of grapefruit, combined with notes of ginger.
