The historical brand is André Beaufort, but the creator of these great Champagnes is his son Jacques, a pioneer of organic viticulture.
Since 1969 his vines have not received any chemical synthesis treatment and, to limit the environmental impact of copper (tolerated in organic farming), he has been experimenting with homeopathy and aromatherapy for years. The BIO certification arrives in 1971.
The wines are captivating, extraordinarily drinkable, with hints of exotic spices.
