Composition: Chardonnay 82% (170 vines with an average age of 28 years), Pinot Bianco 1.5% (5 vines with an average age of 29 years), Pinot Nero 16,5% (43 vines with an average age of 19 years).
Dosage: Extra Brut 1 g/L
Assembly: 68% wines from the 2020 vintage, 29% reserve wines from 2019, 3% reserve wines from 2018.
Sparkling gold thanks to the very fine bubbles that pass through it, fine and persistent perlage. It smells of ripe fruit, citrus and white flowers. When tasted fresh and satisfying, it is balanced, moderately savory and with a mineral persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is suitable for a whole fish-based meal, but it can also be paired with delicate white meats and sauces.
