Composition: Chardonnay 81.5% (162 vines with an average age of 30 years), Pinot Bianco 1.5% (5 vines with an average age of 28 years), Pinot Nero 17% (30 vines with an average age of 21 years).
Sparkling gold thanks to the very fine bubbles that pass through it, fine and persistent perlage. It smells of ripe fruit, citrus and white flowers. When tasted fresh and satisfying, it is balanced, moderately savory and with a mineral persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is suitable for a whole fish-based meal, but it can also be paired with delicate white meats and sauces.
