This Champagne is a tribute to the historic English Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill, of which it reflects his elegance and complexity; in fact Churchill was particularly fond of the Pol Roger mansion.
This Cuvée is produced only in the best vintages and is composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay: the former gives robustness and structure, while the latter offers elegance and finesse. The grapes come exclusively from Grands Cru vineyards.

Vinification: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
Aging: at least 10 years on the yeasts, at 9°C in the deepest cellars (33 meters below street level)
Dosage: Brut
At sight it is straw yellow with golden reflections, the perlage is very fine and long-lasting.
The nose is complex and intense, with citrus, toasted and dark fruit notes.
The sip is full and round, elegant and soft; hints of pastry and candied fruit stand out, ending with a long persistence in the mouth.
