This champagne is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier. There is a dosage of 40 g / l with a liqueur made from cane sugar dissolved in the wine of the same cuvée. It is aged for 3 years. It has an intense, brilliant and crystalline golden yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers rich notes of ripe fruit, followed by hints of dried fruit and finally you can recognize notes of honey and pine resin. On the palate it is full-bodied, round and harmonious.
