2003 will forever remain the year that changed the history of Champagne. The torrid summer imposed the earliest harvest in the history of Dom Pérignon since 1822, leading the company to interpret this unique year with an approach inspired by intuition and far-sighted choices.
The acronym indicates the "second plénitude", that is the time window during which the wine is in its best expressive phase, in this case at least 15 years after the harvest.
Intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections, lively and lively perlage. Nose that recalls mango, ginger and saffron, together with jasmine, bread crust, almond and iodized notes.
On the palate it stands out for its creaminess, a thin thread that binds minerality to roundness with an infinite aromatic persistence.
