The “Luminous” by Dom Perignon is a very charming vintage Rosé Brut Champagne. In the glass it shows a bright pink color, crossed by a very fine and persistent perlage. The aromas are floral and subtle, with aromas of citrus peel, raspberry, currant, small berries, nuances of grilled bread and iodized nuances. The sip is lively and taut, with a delicate and multifaceted center of the mouth, which stretches out in a very harmonious way towards a fresh, long, savory finish.
