Straw yellow tending to golden, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is striking for its fragrance, citrus notes anticipate a floral, fruity olfactory profile, traced by hints of butter and small pastries. In the mouth it is as voluminous as it is defined, very fresh and very drinkable. A good acidity supports the architecture for a taste capable of relaxing and also demonstrating a certain softness before a finish of great persistence.
