100% Pinot Noir. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent aging in French oak for 6 months. Bright in color, intense purple with purple hues, the nose recalls small red fruits such as raspberries and cherry liqueur, but also blackberries enhanced by licorice and notes of undergrowth. With aging, the wine evolves into strawberry jam, gingerbread but also animal and leather notes. On the palate this Pinot Noir is soft and rather light, moderately tannic but rich in character. Well structured, its tannins are nevertheless elegant. Well rounded despite a full body with a pleasant and fruity finish.
