The first fermentation carried out only with the use of indigenous yeasts is followed by the creation of the definitive cuvée and the second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method.
Franck Pascal's “Fluence” Champagne is an elegant and dynamic, energetic and vibrant Brut Nature, which well represents the style of the Maison. In the glass it has a straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet recalls aromas of citrus, ripe yellow fruit, sensations of bread crust and iodized nuances. On the palate it is lively, with a harmonious and intense center of the mouth, which stretches with vital tension towards a fresh and mineral finish.
