This champagne explodes in the glass with a consistent but very fine perlage and a delicate foam. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, floral, refined and elegant aromas stand out, with hints of hawthorn and notes of apple on the finish. It has a powerful, round and silky taste, with an elegant and long persistence.
