A hymn to the lively delicacy of Pinot Noir, the Première Cuvée Rosé takes its name from the first pressing that composes it.
Multi-vintage rosé, it is also created according to the assembly rule of Pinot Noir in its two forms:
In Bianco: pressed quickly, after the rapid separation of the juices from the skins, the Pinot Noir musts are very clear and are vinified in white.
In Red: through a prolonged maceration of the juices with the skins, Pinot Noir is vinified in red, more rarely in rosé.
