MONTE ROSSA is one of the reference points of Franciacorta and one of the most famous producers of sparkling wines in Italy. It was founded in 1972 and invests heavily in research to introduce innovation and advanced technologies at the service of exceptional wines.

Cabochon is the most prestigious Franciacorta of Monte Rossa. It was born from the research, begun in 1985, of a more careful selection of the crus of the Monte Rossa hill and of a new vinification system that introduced the barriques for the first fermentation of the must.
