Sasanokawa Shuzo is one of the oldest Japanese distilleries, founded in 1765, specializing in the production of sake and shochu, on the island of Kyushu.
Since 1946, it has also been producing Whiskey, combining the peculiarities of the Japanese tradition with those of modernity.
Japanese whiskeys still use the traditional methods of the Scottish school and are characterized by their particular softness.
