It was 1835 when a young Manuel María González Ángel began a long career in the world of wine as a merchant. However, his company grew successfully so quickly that he soon found it necessary to engage in production with his "Tío Pepe's Solera" as well. Thus was born the legend of the most famous Fino in the world, which in 1854, after just 20 years, became one of the protagonists and first exporter of Sherry.
