The story dates back to at least 1625. Even then, the ancestors of the Cattier family worked the vines in the Chigny-les-Roses terroir, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Our know-how is based on respect for Mother Earth. It is with this philosophy that 33 hectares have been cultivated in an eco-responsible way for over 20 years.
The maison is a promoter of sustainable viticulture in Champagne.

Blending allows you to create wines that will produce Cattier champagne. Each creation is unique and comes from the talent of a team.
Among the three traditional vines, a privileged place is given to Pinot Noir and Meuniers which structure and bear fruit in the blend. The Chardonnay, meanwhile, brings nuances of finesse and elegance.

There is an incredible amount of wines patiently put in reserve. Selected wines that will guarantee the style of a Cattier champagne.
